Meet Santa in his grotto where all children will be presented with a special gift brought directly from the North Pole

There will be other surprises that we want to keep under wraps as we don't want to give everything away.
Santa's elves have been drafted in from the North Pole to ensure everyone has the most amazing experience and to help out where they are needed.

Babies (under 12 months) - €4.95

Children (age 1 - 12) or teen/adult who wish to receive a gift - €24.95

Adults & Teens (age 13+*) €15.95
(Booking fee applies).
*All children regardless of age are more than welcome. If you would like your older child to receive a Santa gift, please pay the child rate of €24.95 when booking to avoid disappointment.
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING TICKETS

Everyone entering ChristmasTown must have a pre-purchased ticket for the correct time slot - entry will only permitted at the time given on your ticket. There will be no tickets on sale at the door.

Entry times are in 15 minute blocks. We expect the full experience to last approximately one hour.

All bookings must include at least one Adult ticket i.e. Children must be supervised when visiting ChristmasTown.

All children regardless of age are more than welcome. If you would like your older child to receive a Santa gift, please pay the child rate when booking to avoid disappointment.

You have the option to add a printed photo to your ticket purchase. This photo will be taken in Santa’s grotto by McMahon's Studios for an additional €10 extra. Your pre-ordered photo(s) will be available for you to take home directly after your visit. You need to purchase this at the time of booking tickets. Should you prefer to take your own photo on your phone/camera, Santa's helpers can help with this.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, we can facilitate a transfer to an alternative time slot, subject to availability, for a fee of €10 per group.

Please note the times shown are first and last entry into ChristmasTown. The experience can take up to an hour to complete.
